RIVALRIES
A comprehensive list of the CUTTHROATS MOTORCYCLE CLUB's Allies, Nuetral MC's and those who have been greenlit for death on sight. While we condone the killing of all 99%er's without arguement, all 1% MC's have a chance to prove to us that they are willing to do battle on a legit and fair mutual ground. This does not mean that they are friendly but that there can be an agreement made between clubs even while in dispute of one another, that all Niner weapons are to be discarded and exposed if used within conflicts shared between either side of the War.
Allied MC's
Friendly Clubs only to be shot if given the Order by an Officer. These Clubs are not to be questioned by prospects nor patched members outside of the Officers of the CUTTHROATS MC ELYSIAN ISLAND CHAPTER. All members are obligated to back up these Clubs should they request help from any of our members and the same is expected of them in return.

CEASE-FIRES
Not nessecarily allies yet not enemies either, these clubs have an organized cease-fire with the CUTTHROATS MC and are not to be fired upon unless first provoked. In order for these clubs to be considered as a hostile presence, they must first fire upon one of the patched members of CUTTHROATS MC and will then be dealt with accordingly.

NEUTRAL CLUBS
Neutral Clubs are those known to us yet with no official regard given to CUTTHROATS MC seeking an alliance. Most often these relationships are based on a mutual enemy in which by chance we will back their need to kill if it coincides with our own. These Clubs are to be regarded as a potential threat yet not to be fired upon unless first fired upon by said neutral MC's.
REAPERS REACH MC
KILL ON SIGHT
Greenlit for death upon the mere sight of these motorcycle clubs, these usually consist of clubs that are deep in the 99% of crews around Grand Theft Auto V yet not strictly beholden to them, others will be added to the list of KOS Clubs due to a show of immaturity and ettequete displayed across the MC Community that CUTTHROATS MC cannot abide by and will therefore seek out and kill without regard for those that look to defend them. There is no mercy to be shown to the clubs listed here.
